Experience Requirements:
a) 1+ years of professional photography
Personality and Skills Requirements:
a) Strong artistic skills
b) Strong technical skill in the area of photography, lighting, posing, etc
d) Ability to lead a team of photographers
e) Proficient general computer skills and familiarity with all basic software programs such as Windows, Word, Excel.
f) Strong organizational skills
g) Strong attention to detail
h) Ability to learn new tasks very quickly
Availability and Commitment Requirements:
a) Free to work weekends, and extended hours (especially during busy season)
b) Ability to commit to the studio for 2+ years
Equipment Requirements
a. Camera Body:
Minimum – Prosumer Camera (Canon 40D or above, Nikon D90 or above)
Preferred – Professional Camera (Canon 5D and above, Nikon D700 and above)
b. Lenses:
Minimum – At least one fixed aperture zoom lens (24-105mm f/4.0, 24-70 f/2.8, or 70-200 either f/2.8 or f/4.0)
Preferred – Full set of lenses at fixed apertures, including a 50mm, 27-70mm f/2.8, and 70-200mm f/2.8
c. Lighting:
Minimum – Canon 430EX or Nikon SB600
Preferred – Canon 580EX or Nikon SB900, Flash Diffuser, PocketWizard Plus II, Battery Pack
d. Memory:
Minimum – 16GB of storage on any brand
Preferred – 32GB of storage on Sandisks or Hoodmans
