Here’s how it works:
Love Lin and Jirsa? Give your friends and family a $300 credit and get a $300 credit!
Our referral program allows previous clients to earn Referral Credits toward future photography services or print products by referring friends and family to become new clients of Lin and Jirsa. Our referral program also benefits the referee by granting them a matching Referral Credit for their photography services or print products.
Note: Lin and Jirsa Photography is a wedding photography and cinematography studio and the parent company of Line and Roots Photography, a newborn, maternity, and family photography studio. For simplicity, we will refer to both as Lin and Jirsa for these Terms and Conditions. Referral credits can be used for Lin and Jirsa Wedding Photography or Line and Roots Photography.
Who is eligible for this program?
Referrers – Previous clients of Lin and Jirsa are eligible to receive Referral Credits as a referrer.
Referees – Friends, family, and other people you know who have not previously used our photography services may be eligible to be referees/invitees.
How can I give a referral credit?
Share this webpage link to your referee and have the referee fill out the form below. You will receive your referral credit when your referee has completed his or her booking and submitted his or her retainer for our services. The form must be submitted before the booking is complete. We cannot grant Referral Credits to the referrer or referee after the booking is complete, and we cannot grant retroactive credits.
The Referral Program Form
By submitting a form, you are agreeing to be bound by these Rules. Any violation of these Rules will not only prevent you from participating in any Lin and Jirsa referral program (now or in the future), but could also result in the forfeiture or retraction of Lin and Jirsa credits earned through the program.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I earn more than 1 referral credit?
Referrer/Inviter – Referrers do NOT have a limit on the number of Referral Credits they may earn. However, a referrer may only apply a maximum of $1,000 to wedding photography services/products and $200 to a non wedding photography services/products per year. All remaining credits will carry over and be eligible to use on future photography services.
Referee/Invitees – Your referees/invitees can be referred only once, so if someone else has referred them and they have booked our services they will not be able to accept your referral.
Can I combine the referral credit with other discounts?
Referral credits cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Is the referral credit transferable?
Referral credits are not transferable, have no cash value, and may expire.
How do I use my referral credit?
To use your referral credit, please contact us for a new booking on the following pages:

When booking, let us know the amount of referral credit you would like to use. We will verify your credit in our system and confirm your amount.
What happens if a referee cancels a booking?
If the referee cancels a booking, then all associated credits for both the referee and referrer will be cancelled as well.
Do Referral Credits expire?
Referral credits expire 3 years after the referral is granted.
Lin and Jirsa reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any referral program, as well as any referrer/inviter’s or referee/invitee’s ability to participate in any referral program or receive Referral Rewards at any time for any reason. If Lin and Jirsa ends any referral program, any unused or unredeemed Referral Credits may be forfeited at that time, provided we give you 90 days of notice to use or redeem your Referral Credits. Lin and Jirsa may update these Rules at any time. If Lin and Jirsa makes an update, Lin and Jirsa will post the update on this web page.
