Client Experience Associate

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded Studio Manager to join the Lin and Jirsa team. The Studio Manager drives sales and profit through leadership, training and development of the studio team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Understand packages and pricing structure and services
  2. Use the current CRM system to document client notes
  3. Assist booked clients with pre-wedding items, and troubleshooting
  4. Manage daily needs, issues or emergencies
  5. Respond to client expectations, requests and questions
  6. Manage studio calendar and scheduled events
  7. Respond to incoming client emails, and phone calls within 24 hours
  8. Attend networking events to build industry relationships
  9. Cross check all booked events with assigned photographers schedules
  10. Streamline processes and determine best practices
  11. Oversee daily studio operations

Education/Skills/Experience Required:

  1. College Degree Preferred
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. Ability to work independently and lead a team
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  5. Strong organizational skills
  6. Strong attention to detail
  7. Ability to learn new tasks quickly
  8. Ability to multi task & work well under pressure
  9. Wedding Industry Experience is a plus
