Sonia Sharma Events is one of the most sought out event design and coordination firms on the West Coast. SSE specializes in high end, multi cultural events as well as an array of corporate and charity events. They are known for their unrivaled attention to detail and impeccable taste. From our experience shooting with Sonia, we have seen a design taste and attention to detail that is second to none.
Ajita’s weddings are always stylish, fashion-forward and inspired. She and her team stand out because they are always anticipating the needs of the clients, their families, and even the vendors at the wedding. Super helpful, organized, and easy-to-get-along-with, we always look forward to shooting her events because we know that they’ll look amazing and run smoothly … and we know that she’ll take care of us. :)
We’ve loved working with Ashley of Agape Planning. Smart, organized, and detailed, Ashley and her team have executed every wedding we’ve seen flawlessly. It’s this high quality of service that makes her the recommended planner for several venues, including the Richard Nixon Library and the Westin South Coast Plaza, just to name a few. Besides coordination and planning, Agape also provides management and staffing services offered to top notch caterers and special event production companies.
We love working with Donaji and her amazing team of caterers and planners. They have a ton of experience and it shows in their attention to detail and flawless execution at each wedding. Pink Rock base their individualized and creative suggestions based on the realization that every event is different, as is each event’s host.

Lin and Jirsa Wedding Photography has been a big fan of Geller Events for quite some time. Geller Events is a Los Angeles based wedding and event coordination studio that has a very unique vision. Videographers
Jamison and his team have an amazing ability to tell love stories. Not only is their work creative, artistic, and consistent, but their client service is great as well. His work, along with his personable personality, make him and his associates one of our favorite videography studios to work with.
Florists
Linda and her team of florists offer a great service. Not only is she personable and easy-to-work-with; but she’s also extremely organized, detailed and passionate about what she does. Add in the affordable aspect of her services, and there’s no reason not to go with her for your special day.
The Flower Tray: Flowers & Designs by Tracey Go
Each time that we have had a chance to work with Tracey, we have been thoroughly impressed by her gracious professionalism, and her quality of work. Tracey creates amazing floral landscapes and designs that words simply cannot describe. Not only is Tracey professionaly trained, but she has been in the industry for nearly a decade creating beautiful floral designs for individual events, weddings and more. Tracey has even had the opportunity to work for Disney in creating floral complete landscapes for both the Disneyland themepark as well as Disneyland Hotels.
Makeup Artists
Theresa Huang Makeup and Hair Design
Without referring each other or planning it in any way, our studio seemed to be booking a ton of the same clients as Theresa and her great team of makeup and hair specialists. At the dozens of weddings we’ve shot with her, each one of her brides has looked stunning. Her attention to detail and passion for her art really show through the work that she does. The friendships that she develops with her clients, during the wedding day and after, attests to the quality of her work and service.
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Joyce on multiple weddings. She’s a great wedding professional, with her brides always looking gorgeous. Beyond that she’s friendly, punctual and detailed. We highly recommend her services for your wedding day.
We’ve loved working with Angelina of AT Makeup Pro. Not only does she do an amazing job, but she’s also super friendly, warm, and easy-to-work with. Angelina’s talents allow her to create a variety of looks for your wedding day, from a timeless sophisticated style of simple elegance or a sultry sexy high-fashion.
Wedding DJs and Lighting Specialists
Needle Free Productions (NFP)
Needle Free Productions is a lighting, DJ and event design company that provides professional and unparalleled service to thousands of customers throughout the nation. You can bet that if you select NFP, you’re not only going to have a visually stunning event that will make your photographs and videography look spectacular (trust us…we know), but also an energetic and polished DJ that will to keep your guests engaged and entertained into the wee hours of the night. If you want a professional and diverse company that has it all these guys are the way to go!
Some of our best wedding venue photographs were taken from the wedding receptions that 3D Sounds provided the lighting and DJ services for. The lighting set-ups are amazing and versatile, with a wide array of colors to choose from (or to switch between throughout the night). Besides some of the best lighting we’ve seen, these guys know how to get the party started. They offer legitimate DJ services that rival the skills of any club DJ, while keeping a high level of charisma when MC-ing. This company is highly recommended by Lin and Jirsa.
Jack is a lighting designer, an audio visual technician, and a DJ based in Pasadena & Arcadia. Particularly impressive is Jack’s lighting setups. He turns ordinary hotel ballrooms into a work of art. His skills on the turntables as well as his personality behind the microphone make him a highly recommended vendor.
Photographers
When it comes to wedding and event photography, John Solano is truly in a class of his own. Early on, Lin and Jirsa Wedding Photography had the opportunity to apprentice with John and his wonderful Beverly Hills photography team. John’s gracious personality, along with his helpful and friendly demeanor is something that is truly unique to find in a photographer of his skill and stature. Not only is John one of the best wedding photographers in the world, he is also a wonderful person who we have nothing but respect and admiration for.
